We are the proud owner of a trademark which protects our fantastic brand, and also a registered design for our unique and highly innovative WedgeWelly boot!
We were so pleased when the UK Intellectual Property Office granted a registered design (in accordance with the Registered Designs Act 1949) for our WedgeWelly boot, many moons ago.
But we were even more excited when the Office for Harmonization in the Internal market granted us a registered design for our WedgeWelly boot which covers the full European Union!
