So another week in the life of WedgeWelly, and oh, what a great one it’s been!We are very proud to announce that a very special CELEBRITY is wearing our WedgeWellys!! (We are going to keep her nameless for now as she is part of our fantastic competition which I am going to tell you about in a mo). Yep, someone from the media world is strutting her stuff in a pair of Legends right now. Calm yourself ladies...I can well imagine that you are now jumping on your office chair, screaming with excitement, as we were, when we made all this commotion happen! We made sure they were hand delivered to her VIP tent this weekend before she went on stage, so if you are reading this Miss Celebrity, you are WELCOME! We are sure to receive a pic of her strutting her stuff in them for our gallery, any time now; I can feel it. If you are a cult member, our competition for this month is to guess the celebrity, so get guessing for your free pair of wellies. Competition details will be emailed to you shortly. If you are not a cult member...WHY NOT!?
Hope all you Glasto’s enjoyed your weekend and the fabulous weather which came with it. There should have been some funky wellies walking the fields, if they were on your feet we hope you gave them a weekend to remember and an outfit to match.
Talking of a weekend to remember...last weekend we decided to take a trip down to a local festival in Hull to support our local bands and do some WedgeWelly entertaining (...and that we did). If you were there, thanks for being part of a great night and check out the gallery, you may just spot yourself on there! I was mortified in the morning when I woke up and my beautiful wellies were covered in mud. But then I realised, mud never looked so gud!
We also supported our local rugby team this weekend play our local rugby team?? I’m going to be discreet about which Hull team I support as I don’t want to start anyone off but COME ON YOU AIRLIE BIRDS! What a game!
